One-on-one Scheduling:

I am the only groomer and take one dog at a time for the comfort of your pet. That means being on-time for your dog’s appointment and pickup is very important. When you schedule, it will tell you the appointment length and pick-up time.

When you arrive, please wait in your vehicle. I will come out and talk with you first to ask needed questions such as more information about your dog’s needs and personality, past grooming experience, and your desired groom.

Vet records required:

You must upload a copy of your vet records in your client portal before your appointment or have your vet email the copy to lakesgentledoggrooming@gmail.com before the day of your appointment. For safety reasons, I will need a copy of your vet records confirming your dog is up-to-date on their Rabies, DHPP (distemper) and Bordetella.

A full groom includes:

• Washing

• Conditioning

• Drying

• Brushing/deshedding

• Trimming

• Nail clipping

• Ear cleaning

When you book your appointment, you will fill out a form with your and your pet’s information as well as a form that outlines our policies.
